• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• You agree not to share your account with others or use another user’s account.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Xstrar offers free and paid subscription plans with varying features.

• All paid plans are billed according to the pricing selected during registration.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees paid are non-refundable.

• Trial accounts are valid for 7 days unless extended or converted to a paid plan.

4. Store Ownership & Custom Domains

• You may create multiple stores as per your subscription plan.

• Each store receives an auto-generated subdomain under Xstrar.

• You may connect your own domain, provided it complies with our domain policies.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

• Upload or share malicious content, viruses, or spam.

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Xstrar or others.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and design of the Xstrar platform are the intellectual property of Xstrar and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform according to these Terms.

7. Data & Privacy

We take data protection seriously. By using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Xstrar may offer third-party payment gateways, shipping integrations, and marketing tools. We are not responsible for the services or policies of these third-party providers.

9. POS & Inventory Management

Xstrar’s built-in POS and inventory tools are provided as-is. We do not guarantee accuracy and recommend regular manual review of critical business data.

• Any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the platform.

• Any unauthorized access to your store or account.

• Downtime due to server issues, third-party failures, or maintenance.
